I will add that it seems a little dark but a simple brightness adjustment fixed that for the most part. My problem with this product is that you have to send a voucher in to get your movies I did this online and it was very simple to do the problem is it said it will take 10 to 12 weeks to delivery I see no reason for it to take that long as there is not a lot of 3d contant right now and you would think that samsung would want me to be able to enjoy my movies as soon as possible considering how much money I gave them 15 of 15 people found the following review helpful:  Great 3d... with the help of some electrical tape, By Keith Kekic "Keith Kekic author of Nightwalkers" (Parma Heights, Oh) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Samsung SSG-P2100X/ZA (IMAX/Dragon) 3D Starter Kit, Black (Electronics) Got this with the bluray player and the c7000 plasma set. At first I was blown away by the 3d, but then started to notice my glasses losing connection(flashing) whenever a bright moment on the tv screen interfered with the 3d light emitter. It was really bad, so much so that I was thinking of returning the glasses, but then after doing some forum searching, I found a very cheap and simple fix. Put a little strip of electrical tape over 90 percent of the glasses sensor(Right in between the lenses)This home remedy turned the glasses from almost completely unusable to perfect. I have never lost connection in a few weeks since doing this. If you're having this problem I know it sounds a little weird to cover the sensor, but its so sesative that blocking out the light is the only way to fix this. It is a complete fix in my opinion, and takes a couple of seconds to do. I would rate it four stars, but I cannot do it because a hundred fifty dollar glasses shouldn't need some jimmy... Read more 14 of 14 people found the following review helpful:  Loses sync often, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Samsung SSG-P2100X/ZA (IMAX/Dragon) 3D Starter Kit, Black (Electronics) With Samsung PN58C8000 58-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV (Black) the 3D glasses lose sync very often. Then one eye may see a discolored image, or the eyes will switch the images, causing weird "inverse perspective" effect. I suspect it's because the plasma gives off too much its own infrared noise, and also the glasses don't reliably detect the switching rate and won't sustain the proper switching when they lose the signal. |
